You'll be instrumental in orchestrating engaging activities, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere for visitors of all ages. Duties Plan, organize, and execute a variety of resort events, entertainment shows, and guest activities to ensure a lively and memorable experience. Manage guest interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any concerns promptly. Oversee guest safety by supervising pool areas, beaches, and recreational zones; enforce safety protocols diligently. Handle cash transactions accurately during ticket sales, concessions, or merchandise purchases. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation of food service outlets and hospitality services throughout the resort. Mediate conflicts or disputes among guests or staff with tact and effective conflict management skills. Engage with guests through public speaking engagements, guided tours, or entertainment performances to enhance their overall experience. Qualifications Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments within resort or recreational settings. Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and conflict resolution. Lifeguard certification or experience working as a lifeguard is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and manage group activities confidently. Experience in food service or theater production is a plus for engaging entertainment roles. Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and guest interactions. Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in fast-paced environments.
