Join the adventure at Hawksnest! Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about the outdoors? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Zipline Guides at Hawksnest Adventures! Job Overview Our guides lead guests through two exciting on-site zipline tours while creating a safe, fun, and unforgettable experience in the mountains of North Carolina. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a supportive team environment. No prior zipline experience is required — all guides complete our in-house training program. Key Responsibilities Safely lead and guide guests through our zipline courses Conduct safety briefings and properly fit guests with harnesses and equipment Ensure all safety standards and operational procedures are followed at all times Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences Manage and engage groups of all sizes, including children and families Assist with daily course operations, equipment checks, and general upkeep Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic attitude throughout each tour Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking to and managing large groups Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality Dependable, safety-conscious, and confident under pressure Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff Outdoor recreation or guiding experience preferred, but not required CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus Must be able to perform physical tasks in an active outdoor environment Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling available Weekend and holiday availability required Seasonal position with opportunities to continue into the fall and winter seasons.
