  • Your role and responsibilities
  • As Oracle Cloud Portfolio Leader
  • Travel & Transportation you will lead the growth and delivery of our Oracle Cloud consulting portfolio, combining executive client advisory, business development, practice leadership, and large-scale transformation delivery.
You will be responsible for expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, shaping go-to-market strategy, and ensuring successful execution of complex Oracle Cloud programs.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Travel & Transportation opportunities through business development, strategic account expansion, and executive relationship management.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Alliance teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and pipeline generation targets.
  • Develop account growth strategies that expand Oracle Cloud consulting services within existing clients.
  • Successful incumbent will work to help sell and deliver large scale and complex Oracle Cloud Transformations
  • Design and implement end-to-end Sales-to-Delivery processes to set the stage for successful project delivery across programs
  • Lead end-to-end design conversations with clients around effective solutions on Oracle Cloud
  • Lead executive workshops, roadmap discussions, and business process transformation sessions.
  • Provide strategic guidance around Oracle Cloud adoption, operating model transformation, and organizational change
  • Mentor project teams and guide clients on adopting Cloud and data-driven decision making
  • Required technical and professional expertise
  • 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ecosystem with defined expertise in the Travel & Transportation sectors
  • Demonstrated success selling and delivering multi-million-dollar Oracle Cloud transformation programs
  • Proven track record of leading complex pursuits, RFP responses, solutioning workshops, and executive presentations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level client stakeholders
  • Experience developing GTM strategies, industry offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership
  • Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Experience collaborating with Oracle sales, alliance, and partner organizations preferred
  • Experience managing P&L, practice growth, or portfolio financial performance preferred.

    Deep expertise in understanding various industries, including the methods and skills needed to solve business problems, with the ability to articulate solutions and establish credibility in the delivery of complex services.
Solution Development:
Deep expertise in developing and articulating solutions that address specific industry needs, leveraging knowledge of IBM services and offerings to creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions.
    Cross-Sector Collaboration:
    Deep expertise in collaborating with various stakeholders, including sector, solution, and community teams, to drive business growth and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
