TOURISM GRADUATE REQUIREMENTS
: ~ must reside in/very-near Winston-Salem ~ must have a completed Degree in Tourism or Recreation ~ must have solid work experience (& completed internships) ~ must be in healthy physical shape for each of our 4 "Activities" ~ must be comfortable with ample base Compensation + tips, incentives, rewards ~ must be completely flexibile in schedule (per customer needs, weather, etc) ~ must have confidence to lead local Tours and launch Rentals/Events ~ must be able to work harmoniously with diversity of customers/coworkers ~ must be capable of completing multiple projects/tasks lists, hands-on ~ must embrace a determined entrepreneurial environment, hands-on ~ must excel with most everything Apple (MacIntosh, iPads, etc), & connections ~ must have capable & creative targeted social-media capacities (with Canva) ~ 45-55 hrs week during peak season, 30-35 hrs during slow season.
TOURISM GRADUATE RESPONSIBILITIES
: ~ scheduling/facilitating a 7-day a week customer welcome, weather sensitive ~ facilitating peak season capacities (April-September) ~ facilitating training and teamwork of other co-workers as needed (with Ai) ~ to help methodically increase Tourism revenue across 4 Activities ~ able to contribute and grow positive community and trade representations ~ www.

You will leverage experience in sales, customer service, leadership, and tourism education to assist clients with reservations, itinerary design, and scheduling across varied systems. You will collaborate to deliver organized, client-focused experiences, maintain effective communication, and uphold high standards of hospitality. Your background in tourism and hospitality settings will inform a seamless guest experiences while you develop professional competencies in the local visitors industry.
