We are a wellness brand dedicated to providing high-quality, plant-based products, and we're looking for someone to be the heart of our in-store experience and our wider community. This unique role goes beyond traditional retail. You'll be a trusted expert for our customers, helping them discover the perfect products for their wellness goals, while also acting as a connector who builds relationships with local businesses and individuals. Your passion for people and wellness will be the key to your success.
Responsibilities Educate and Guide Customers:
Greet customers with warmth and expertise. You'll answer their questions, provide personalized recommendations, and create a welcoming, educational environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Build Local Partnerships:
Actively seek out and build relationships with aligned businesses and wellness professionals in our community. You'll look for opportunities to collaborate on events, workshops, and cross-promotional efforts.
Host Community Events:
Help plan and execute in-store events that bring people together, from educational sessions to pop-ups with local vendors.
Maintain Store Excellence:
Ensure our retail space is always clean, well-stocked, and beautifully presented.
Provide Feedback:
Share customer insights and feedback with our team to help us continually improve our products and services.
Qualifications A Natural Connector:
You love meeting new people and have a talent for building authentic, lasting relationships. Experience in a
Customer-Facing Role:
You have a proven track record in a retail or hospitality position where you provided expert guidance and excellent service. Knowledge of the
Wellness Industry:
You have a genuine passion for holistic well-being and a solid understanding of how plant-based products can support a healthy lifestyle.
Excellent Communication Skills:
You can clearly and confidently explain product details and benefits in a way that is easy for anyone to understand.
Self-Motivated & Organized:
You are proactive and can manage both your daily responsibilities and your community-building initiatives effectively. If you're a 'people person' who is passionate about wellnes.
