Full Job Description Overview:

As an On-Call Staff member, you will provide essential support for various events and projects, ensuring smooth operations and effective engagement with the community. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onsite events, promotions and marketing activities.

Including but not limited to:

Speaking with potential visitors to the booth and capturing feedback Setting up and breaking down pop-up and event booths at various locations Distribution of promotional materials and other client promotional items Taking pictures of onsite engagement and public interaction Tally how many items were distributed and how many people you spoke to Assist with surveys via iPads or written format

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups and provide clear information.

Organizational Abilities:

Strong skills in managing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of detail.

Adaptability:

Willingness to work on various assignments and respond to changing needs.

Customer Service Experience:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.

Reliability:

Demonstrated punctuality and dependability in previous positions.

Language:

Fluent Spanish speakers (Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

Schedule Availability:

Must be able to work on an as-needed basis seven days a week with varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Transportation:

Reliable means of transportation to travel to different event locations.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and carry materials, set up tables, and stand for extended periods and must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Basic computer skills ( May need to input data following event ) Work in varying temperatures including summer and outdoor events : Tabling outdoors during the
