June 30, 2026 Join Our Team on the Water! We're looking for a reliable, personable, and motivated crew member to join our team at a busy Waterfront Hospitality & Marina in beautiful Lake George, NY. This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Greet and welcome passengers with a friendly, professional attitude Collect tickets and assist with boarding Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers Deliver excellent customer service throughout each trip Assist with docking and throwing lines Perform routine cleaning and light boat maintenance Help set up and execute special events Participate in safety training and team operations Opportunities & Perks Opportunity to serve and bartend (plus tips!) Gain experience working events on the water Potentially work across multiple venues at Lake George Waterfront Marina Learn valuable hospitality and customer service skills Develop hands-on maritime and event experience Working directly with our Captains and veteran cruise team, daily! What We're Looking For Must be 18+ years old Ability to lift at least 25 lbs Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Bartending, serving, or cash register experience is a plus (but not required) Who This Job Is Perfect For School teachers or seasonal workers looking for a great summer job Restaurant employees ready to pivot or expand their skill set Responsible adults seeking a flexible and engaging role Individuals interested in growth opportunities within a growing company Why Join Us?
