June 30•August 19 (7½ weeks)

Schedule:

9:30 AM•3:30 PM (if driving). Approx. 8:00 AM•5:30 PM (if riding camp buses).

Salary:

$17•25 per hour.

Role:

Guide campers through high ropes and climbing activities that build bravery and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Teach climbing and safety techniques. Maintain equipment and safety protocols. Track camper progress. Assist with trips and camp-wide challenges. Participate in trainings and certifications (certify if needed).

Qualifications:

Experience leading high ropes or climbing programs. Preferably experience in a camp/school setting. Able to work outdoors and transition between age groups. Knowledge of safety protocols and climbing procedures. Patient, safety-focused, energetic. Strong communicator and team player.
