  • Skilled Nursing Leadership Role We're seeking a strong, hands-on Travel Director of Nursing (RN
  • Ohio required) to lead clinical operations across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities within a mid-sized senior care organization.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a clinician who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning around, stabilizing, and elevating nursing operations across multiple sites. What You'll Do As a multi-site DON, you'll serve as the clinical leader supporting SNF teams across your assigned region. You'll drive quality, compliance, and consistency in care delivery while developing strong nursing leadership at each facility. Provide clinical oversight and leadership across multiple SNF locations Strengthen survey readiness, regulatory compliance (CMS, HIPAA, Medicare) Support and mentor DONs, ADONs, and nursing teams to improve performance Oversee care planning, MDS accuracy, and documentation standards Ensure strong EMR/EHR utilization and medical records compliance Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes Step into facilities as needed to stabilize operations and reinforce best practices Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and high-quality resident care What We're Looking For Active RN license in Ohio (required) Prior DON or senior-level nursing leadership experience strongly preferred Proven success in Skilled Nursing / LTC environments Strong background in survey readiness and regulatory compliance Ability to lead multiple teams across different locations Confident, adaptable, and comfortable in travel/turnaround settings Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Why This Role This is a visible, high-impact leadership position where you directly influence clinical outcomes across multiple facilities. You'll be trusted to lead, stabilize, and elevate nursing operations while working closely with executive leadership.
Pay:
$116,200.00
