Job Title Side-by-Side (SxS) Trail Guide All-Inclusive Outdoor Adventure Resort Job Type Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal (Flexible Scheduling Available) Location America's Outdoor Adventure Park (AOAP) America's Outdoor Adventure Park is seeking experienced and safety-driven Side-by-Side (SxS) Trail Guides to lead guests through unforgettable off-road adventures at our all-inclusive outdoor resort. As an SxS Trail Guide, you will be responsible for guiding guests safely and confidently on marked trails , providing instruction on vehicle operation, and delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about off-roading, outdoor recreation, and guest service. Key Responsibilities Lead guided SxS trail rides while maintaining strict safety standards Conduct pre-ride safety briefings and vehicle operation instructions for guests Ensure guests follow trail rules, resort policies, and safe riding practices Monitor trail conditions and adjust rides as needed for safety Perform basic pre- and post-ride vehicle inspections Respond calmly and effectively to guest questions, concerns, or incidents Represent the resort professionally and create a fun, welcoming environment Assist with guest check-in, waivers, and equipment fitting as needed Communicate clearly with management regarding trail conditions, incidents, or maintenance needs Qualifications & Requirements Strong knowledge of Side-by-Side (SxS) vehicles and off-road riding Prior experience guiding, instructing, or riding SxS/ATVs strongly preferred Demonstrated understanding of off-road safety practices Ability to confidently lead groups of varying skill levels Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-energy or emergency situations Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically able to stand, walk, and assist guests throughout the day Valid driver's license required Must be at least 21 years old Preferred (But Not Required) Previous experience as a trail guide, instructor, or outdoor recreation staff Mechanical knowledge or basic maintenance experience CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tips Employee perks and resort access Fun, high-energy work environment Opportunity to work at a growing adventure destination Training provided on resort procedures and safety standards as well las machine operation and best driving safety practices.
