Our mission is to create a safe, exciting, and memorable outdoor experience for all guests. Whether you are a seasoned adventurer or looking for your first job, we will provide the training you need to succeed and grow. Position Overview Adventure Park Operators are the heartbeat of our park, working outdoors 100% of the time. You will create a fun, high-energy atmosphere while ensuring safety and delivering excellent customer experiences. No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and love for the outdoors!

Season & Training Schedule Season:

March 21 - November 29 Weekend and holiday availability required, with daily operations during summer and group reservations on weekdays in spring and fall. Work hours : between 9am and 7pm. Responsibilities Open and close the park daily. Perform daily and periodic inspections of equipment and courses. Welcome and equip guests with safety gear, ensuring proper fit and adjustments. Conduct safety briefings and demonstrations. Enforce park rules and monitor guest activity on courses. Assist guests verbally or physically on the courses, including at-height rescues when necessary. Maintain the cleanliness of the park and participate in occasional site maintenance. Create a safe and fun environment for guests of all ages. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Comfortable working at heights and performing rescues. Outgoing personality with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Patience and the ability to lead groups of children and adults. Reliable transportation required. Strong commitment to safety and customer service. Able to engage in moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting 40+ lbs. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Pay & Benefits Hourly pay: $16 to start. Free climbing and employee discounts. Flexible scheduling to suit your availability.
