Job Description

Overview We're the latest app for immersive romance stories. Our audio content blends film-style production with quality voice talent and storytelling to create a fully immersive listening experience. Featuring incredible voices from all over the community, you and our Creators lie at the heart of what we do. We are seeking a hardcore audio content enthusiast and "insider" to spearhead our overseas community growth. If you breathe web novels, audio dramas, or pop culture, and know exactly how to speak the language of fandoms on Discord, Reddit, and X (Twitter), this is your stage. You will leverage your industry insights and network to build high-trust relationships with creators, listeners, and vendors, turning a niche passion into a thriving global community.
Responsibilities Community Cultivation & Growth:
Build, manage, and scale our overseas audio content communities (Discord, Reddit, X, etc.), driving user engagement and loyalty.
Subculture Language & Trust Building:
Utilize your deep understanding of the ACGN/web novel/audio drama subculture to communicate authentically with users, creators, and partners, establishing strong brand trust.
Resource Connection:
Act as a bridge to scout and connect with overseas voice talent, indie authors, and translators within your existing network.
User Feedback & Insights:
Monitor community trends, gather user feedback on audiobooks, and provide actionable insights to the production team.
Requirements The Ultimate Insider:
A passionate consumer/fan of overseas audiobooks, audio dramas, or web novels. You must be deeply familiar with the "fandom culture" and internet slang of the overseas audio community.
Industry Background:
Experience in web novel platforms, film/TV production, voice-over agencies, or ACGN localization is highly preferred.
Communication Pro:
Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with both creators and vendors.
Resourceful Networker:
Possess a ready-to-tap network of creators, voice actors, or production vendors in the overseas market.
Pay:
$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
