Job Description We are seeking a Remote Cruise Vacation Advisor to provide excellent travel support and customer service in a fully remote environment. This role offers professional growth and the opportunity to develop expertise in travel planning and client relations. Responsibilities Research destinations itineraries and package options tailored to client needs and preferences. Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests. Assist with booking and managing travel arrangements including flights accommodations and activities. Maintain accurate records of reservations and confirmations. Support team processes and internal communication as needed. Provide outstanding customer service before during and after the travel. Qualifications Self-motivated proactive and positive in approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative team player with a willingness to contribute to shared goals. Able to work independently in a remote setting. Previous experience in customer service client coordination or travel-related roles is preferred.
