Experience Manager / Head Distiller About Us Dam Whiskey Corp. is a brand-new craft micro distillery opening soon in the heart of Southside Chattanooga. We craft premium bourbon whiskey , moonshines , vodka , and other spirits using time-honored methods and local ingredients. Our welcoming facility will feature a full Main Bar, dedicated Sampling Bar, and an inviting tour experience where guests learn the story behind our spirits. We're building a destination that celebrates Chattanooga's heritage, Southern hospitality, and the art of distillation. Position Overview We are looking for charismatic, knowledgeable, and energetic Tour Guides to be the face of Dam Whiskey Corp. You will lead engaging distillery tours, share the rich history and founding story of our company, and create memorable experiences that connect guests with our bourbon, moonshine, vodka, and craft spirits. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, public speaking, and introducing people to the world of craft distillation. Key Responsibilities Lead informative and entertaining guided tours of the distillery for individuals, groups, and private events. Master and passionately deliver the official Dam Whiskey Corp. story — including our company history, founding vision, distillation process, and the inspiration behind our bourbons, moonshines, vodkas, and other products. Educate guests on the craft of distillation, ingredient sourcing, aging processes, and tasting notes in an accessible and engaging way. Work closely with the Sampling Bar team to pour and present spirit tastings during tours. Handle tour scheduling, guest check-in, and ensure all tours run smoothly and on time. Assist with special events, private group tours, corporate visits, and tasting experiences. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the tour areas. Gather guest feedback and represent the brand with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications Required:

Excellent public speaking and storytelling skills Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest experience Strong knowledge of or willingness to quickly learn about whiskey, moonshine, vodka, and craft spirits Valid Tennessee Driver's License (if needed for occasional off-site activities) and ability to obtain ABC Server Permit Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (tours can last 45-75 minutes) Flexible availability, especially weekends and evenings

Preferred:

$14.00 - $21.00 per hour
