Job Description

We are looking for friendly faces to join our team as amenity attendants. As an amenity attendant, your job is to independently maintain a positive experience at a community pool by checking guests in, organizing furniture, and reporting concerns. Employees do NOT clean swimming pools, repair swimming pool machinery, or perform lifeguard duties. Instead, employees are solely responsible for the amenity area upkeep, guest experience, timely reporting of concerns and violations, and aesthetic presentation. This job is great for friendly hosptiality oriented individuals and those who have a proven track record of working independently. We have a wide variety of shifts available to fill for the 2026 pool season. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
Interview Dates:
  • Wednesday, April 29: 10am-8:40pm (Limited Availability Remaining)
  • Thursday, April 30: 3pm-8:40pm
  • Friday, May 01: 12pm-9pm No prior experience is necessary for this position.
We train all new hires.
What to expect:
A community will see you as the figure of authority for their swimming pool as you will be responsible for signing in guests, enforcing rules, and maintaining cleanliness. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; you are the sole supervisory figure of the pool so you must be someone who has a high level of integrity and attention to detail. You must be someone who can perform well under stress as there may be times when conflicts could arise as a result of your enforcement of rules.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent. Experience in customer service and customer facing positions. If tattoos are visible, the applicant must have the ability to cover them if on head, face, neck, hands, or deemed offensive. No excessive facial piercings on cheeks, eyebrows, lips, or nose. Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and previous employment screening No more than 4 jobs in the past 2 years Access to reliable transportation and/or personal vehicle. Proficient in English and can read/write in English Can work outside for extended periods of time with ranging temperatures and weather.

Engage with guests, offering information about amenities and events. Handle conflicts and guest concerns with professionalism and poise. Maintain cleanliness in the pool area. Qualifications Strong customer service and guest service skills Ability to manage events and handle conflicts effectively Relevant experience with children and public speaking is a plus Background in food service, hospitality, or resort environments is beneficial No prior experience required; training will be provided
