Responsibilities Lead engaging activities and supervise children during various events or recreational sessions Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all kids by monitoring their interactions and addressing any conflicts promptly Manage event logistics, including setup, organization, and cleanup of activity areas Provide excellent customer service to parents, guardians, and guests by answering questions and offering assistance Handle cash transactions accurately when managing ticketing or merchandise sales Collaborate with team members to plan and execute themed events or entertainment programs Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and positive attitude to keep children motivated and entertained throughout their visit Skills Experience in events management or organizing group activities for children Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes or behavioral issues effectively Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create a welcoming atmosphere Ability to handle cash accurately in a fast-paced environment Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for water-related activities Prior experience working with children or in hospitality settings preferred Public speaking skills to lead group activities confidently Background in food service or hospitality enhances your ability to serve guests efficiently Resort or theater experience can be beneficial for managing entertainment programs Join us in creating fun-filled moments that kids will cherish!
