Job Description
Park Staff Roles and Responsibilities The Milestones Park Staff is a part-time position with a minimum of 12 hours . Candidates must be available to work weekends . Park staff can include the following positions and responsibilities: Park Monitor Monitoring guests in the main park area for safety. Interacting with guests, both children and adults, to make their experience at Milestones Park enjoyable and welcoming. Cleaning of the play park and other areas. Reception Staff Greet, welcome, and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their visit to the park. Fielding telephone calls. Cleaning of the reception/lobby area. Upkeep of retail spaces and snack bar. Party Host Party set up and clean up. Supervise party guests. Assist with needs of the birthday family. •Opportunity for additional compensation as party host. Qualifications This position requires daily interaction with children of all ability levels and their families, as well as members of the community and other park staff. The park staff must be comfortable engaging children with and without special needs. Ideal candidates must exude confidence, friendliness, knowledge of their position, and respect for all.
