What This Job Is Really Like:

This is a physically active , hands-on role that requires: Lifting and loading up to 100 lbs of gear Working outdoors in sun, heat, or rain Leading exciting, high-energy activities for kids Staying upbeat from setup to breakdown This job is great for anyone who enjoys working with kids and being physically active outdoors.

Who We're Looking For:

Dependable and always on time — customers count on us Physically capable and comfortable being on your feet Positive, outgoing, and great with kids (non-negotiable) Driver applicants must have a valid license, insurance & their own vehicle

What You'll Do:

Deliver and run events like mobile laser tag, foam parties & movie nights Set up and break down equipment at customer sites Keep gear clean and up to Freedom Fun standards Be the "coach" of the party — and make it memorable! We're based in Troy and mainly serve the Waco-Temple-Killeen area, as well as all over Texas! This is an amazing side hustle or weekend job with room to grow.
