This role involves safely operating vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and sharing captivating stories about our sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for teaching others about our cultural or historical landmarks. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance guest experiences across diverse audiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your public speaking talents while ensuring visitors have memorable and educational experiences.
Responsibilities:
Guide guests in a courteous and professional manner (verbally and writing) Address fun facts, history, and insights based on guests' itinerary Organize a safe and fun environment for guests Maintain an on-schedule trip to ensure satisfaction and an unforgettable journey for guests Assist guests with hotel check-ins, tickets, and other requests presented Report all incidents to relevant departments
Skills/Abilities:
Able to problem-solve and offer alternative solutions in real time Excellent communication skills Working knowledge of terrain, environment, and local area Exceptional interpersonal skills
Requirements:
Able to communicate in ENGLISH (orally and written) Able to pass drug test and have no history of active drug use Able to work in all weather conditions Able to comply and enforce ALL local, company, and state required regulations to ensure the safety of guests Possess a CDL with Passenger Endorsement (preferred)

Chinese Mandarin (preferred)
