Tour Guide & Low-Speed Electric Vehicle Operator Park Connect - Riverfront Park | Downtown Spokane Love Spokane? Love meeting new people? Get paid to show visitors around one of the city's most iconic destinations. Park Connect is looking for friendly, outgoing team members to operate our fleet of 7-13 passenger low-speed electric tour vehicles (similar to golf carts) while leading guided tours and providing shuttle service throughout Riverfront Park. This is much more than a driving job. You'll become an ambassador for Spokane—sharing the stories, history, and hidden gems of Riverfront Park while creating memorable experiences for guests from around the world. In addition to hourly pay, tips are encouraged. During peak season, our current team averages $5+ per hour in tips. What You'll Do Safely operate 7-13 passenger low-speed electric vehicles throughout Riverfront Park. Lead engaging, informative guided tours highlighting the park's history, landmarks, and hidden gems. Provide on-demand shuttle transportation for park guests. Answer guest questions and recommend local restaurants, attractions, and activities. Ensure guests board, ride, and exit the vehicle safely. Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and guest-ready. Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license required. 18 years of age or older preferred. Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with new people Strong driving history/record Excellent customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn Riverfront Park history and local Spokane knowledge Comfortable speaking to groups of up to 13 guests at a time Safety-minded, dependable, and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Available to work weekends Schedule This is a flexible seasonal position. Friday-Sunday availability is required. Additional weekday shifts are available during the busy season. Peak season schedules typically range from 30-40 hours per week , depending on demand.
