Responsibilities include:
Leading school groups around the orchard Teaching children about apples, pumpkins, agriculture, and life on the farm Presenting educational information using provided training and scripts Creating an engaging, fun, and interactive experience for students and teachers Monday-Friday, 9:00am-2:30pm availably required. Schedule may vary based on bookings. This position is a great fit for education majors, substitute teachers, retirees, homeschool parents, or anyone who enjoys working with children. What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are: Friendly and outgoing Dependable and punctual Positive and enthusiastic Comfortable interacting with visitors of all ages Great with children and families Willing to learn new skills Team players who enjoy working with others Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Previous customer service, retail, childcare, or education experience is helpful, but not required . We provide training for every position. Seasonal Schedule Our fall season runs approximately August 15th through November 1st. Field Trips would be Monday-Friday.
