Job Description

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and knowledgeable UTV Tour Guides to lead guests on unforgettable off-road adventures throughout the Jackson Hole area. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the outdoors, enjoy meeting new people, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a UTV Tour Guide, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and overall experience of guests while sharing your knowledge of the area's history, wildlife, and natural landscapes. Duties Lead guided UTV tours for groups of varying sizes and experience levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Conduct pre-tour safety briefings and provide clear operating instructions for guests driving UTVs. Educate guests about local wildlife, history, geology, ecosystems, and points of interest along the tour route. Monitor guests throughout the tour to ensure safe vehicle operation and adherence to company policies. Communicate effectively with participants, answering questions and providing support throughout the experience. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, fun, and memorable environment for guests. Assist with loading, unloading, cleaning, fueling, and inspecting vehicles before and after tours. Identify and report vehicle maintenance concerns, damage, or safety issues. Maintain accurate tour documentation, waivers, and operational records as required. Foster a positive group dynamic through leadership, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Respond calmly and effectively to changing weather conditions, trail conditions, or guest needs. Requirements Previous experience in outdoor recreation, guiding, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to confidently manage groups. Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude. Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging guests throughout the tour experience. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate UTVs or willingness to complete company training. First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with vehicle and equipment preparation as needed. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Work Environment This position is based in the Jackson, Wyoming area, with opportunities to guide tours in Jackson, Moran, and Alpine, Wyoming. Guides should be comfortable working outdoors in remote environments and interacting with guests from around the world. Schedule & Compensation Pay is dependent on experience, certifications, and tour type. Full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available. Weekend and holiday availability is required during peak season. Our summer season runs through late September, and candidates must be available to work through the end of the season to be considered for this position . Why Join Our Team?
