The newly renovated Hilton Anchorage is seeking a talented, experienced Food & Beverage Team Member to join our team! Depending on your interests and experience, you may choose to pursue a role as a Server, Bartender, or Busser your preferred position can be discussed with our Food & Beverage Director during the interview. Bring your creativity and passion for exceptional service to help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll join a fresh, modern property and a talented team committed to delivering excellence. Here are the positions we're currently looking to fill:

Bartender:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and hotel standards. Greet guests, take drink orders, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service. Verify guests' ages when required and follow responsible alcohol-service laws and policies. Keep the bar, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and properly stocked. Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures. Coordinate with servers and other team members to ensure timely service.

Server:

Welcome guests, explain menu items and specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Deliver orders promptly and check in with guests to ensure a positive dining experience. Answer questions about ingredients and communicate dietary needs or allergies to the kitchen. Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas. Process guest checks accurately and follow hotel service standards. Work closely with kitchen, bar, and support staff.

Busser:

Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly according to hotel standards. Assist servers with food and beverage delivery, refills, and guest requests. Keep dining areas, stations, and service pathways clean and orderly. Restock tableware, linens, and other supplies as needed. Handle dishes and equipment safely and follow sanitation procedures. Support the team during busy periods and help create a welcoming guest experience. We offer great benefits! Seeking for Part-time/ Full-time.

Flexible shifts:

including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Day/Evening shifts available. Rotating weekends and weekend availability as needed.
