Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements efficiently Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering and basic math calculations is essential Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking across multiple tables or stations Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable Basic understanding of food preparation, food industry operations, and upselling techniques Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
