Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash transactions accurately, handle credit card payments via POS systems like Toast or other platforms, and manage cash handling responsibilities Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards, wine pairings, spirits, and cocktail recipes to assist guests effectively Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and ensure a safe dining environment for all guests Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing bills seamlessly Join us to become part of a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality!
