Duties Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist servers by delivering menus, water, and other needs to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized host stand and dining area to ensure a welcoming environment Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns courteously and promptly Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality Qualifications Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent guest service skills, including patience, attentiveness, and professionalism Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across hospitality settings Knowledge of serving procedures, restaurant operations, and hospitality best practices is beneficial Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences through energetic service and genuine guest care!
