What You'll Do As a Server Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience by: Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally Resetting and preparing tables quickly while maintaining impeccable cleanliness Keeping dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Refilling water and assisting with guest needs before they're asked Supporting the front-of-house team during busy service periods Communicating effectively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff Helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest Taking pride in maintaining the high standards that define The Depot What We're Looking For We're searching for team members who are: Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoy serving others Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Able to stay organized while managing multiple tasks Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Professional in appearance and attitude Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain on their feet throughout a shift Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Restaurant experience is appreciated but not required—we're happy to train individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.
