Server Assistant - Rêve

Downtown Birmingham, AL | Fine Dining | Part-Time Rêve is a French-inspired fine dining restaurant connected to The Pizitz Food Hall, built on the belief that great hospitality starts with curiosity, teamwork, and passion. Our serving assistants play a key role in that by helping set the tone for service, supporting the team, and making sure each guest feels cared for. No formal fine dining experience is required for this role, but you must be sharp, observant, and ready to learn quickly. You'll be filling water glasses, clearing tables, and at times sharing details about the food as you place it in front of the guest. The ability to absorb and repeat information accurately is essential. Server assistants will be on their feet for the majority of their shifts, which typically top out at around six hours per day. We are a dinner-only restaurant with most guest density occurring Thur-Sat, and the majority of hours reflect as such.
