Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service, including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or cashiering is beneficial Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where guests feel appreciated from the moment they walk in!
