Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic dining experience! As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, cashiering, and openTable reservations efficiently Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Support guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback with professionalism Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and genuinely Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with host/hostess duties or bussing enhances your ability to support overall restaurant operations Strong communication skills paired with hospitality expertise to foster guest satisfaction Join us to be part of an energetic team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable dining experiences!
