Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our restaurant's exceptional dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain cleanliness of service areas, ensure proper food handling procedures, and uphold sanitation standards throughout shifts Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Familiarity with culinary terminology and basic math skills for billing and cash handling Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable; hospitality background is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a lively atmosphere.
