Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied from start to finish. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Take accurate orders using Aloha POS Serve food and beverages efficiently while closely following Stix policies and procedures. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Manage tables effectively by coordinating with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Support sanitation efforts by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines throughout your shift. Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests from diverse backgrounds. Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales while enhancing the guest experience. Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail.
