Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with placing their to-go orders via phone or in person Accurately take and process orders using Aloha POS Prepare and package food orders carefully, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests Manage guest inquiries professionally over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go station and packaging area Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff Experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles enhances your ability to excel in this position Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction at all times Embark on a rewarding journey where your friendly demeanor and dedication will make every guest's takeout experience exceptional.
