Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Waiter, where your enthusiasm and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face that guides patrons through their culinary journey, ensuring every detail is perfect from order to presentation. Your expertise in food handling, beverage service, and guest relations will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation. Manage guest requests promptly, resolving issues with professionalism to ensure complete satisfaction. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to POS protocols like OpenTable for reservations. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to build guest rapport. Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills during busy shifts. Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations within the food industry.
