In this dynamic role, you'll support the front-of-house team by ensuring tables are cleared promptly, dishes are delivered efficiently, and guests receive exceptional service. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, customer interaction, and hospitality operations. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables accurately and promptly Assist servers with food presentation and preparation as needed Support the restaurant team by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring guest needs are met Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including wiping down surfaces and organizing utensils Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and basic food preparation techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen operations enhances your candidacy Customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Previous hotel or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your contributions directly impact guest satisfaction.
