Duties Deliver hot and cold dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining food quality and presentation standards Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly Handle food handling responsibilities safely and hygienically, adhering to food safety guidelines Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when needed to ensure smooth service flow Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to communicate orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness in dining areas by clearing used dishes and resetting tables quickly Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards is highly valued Experience with serving, bussing, or supporting banquet events enhances your ability to excel in this role Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for delivering exceptional guest service Kitchen or culinary experience, including hotel or hospitality settings, is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Food Runner and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
