Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a hospitable first impression that sets the tone for an enjoyable dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication of menu selections and special requests Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist guests with menu recommendations, upselling specials or wine pairings to enhance their experience and increase sales opportunities Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring timely service without sacrificing quality Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery, adhering to food handling and sanitation standards Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Previous experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for better understanding of food preparation processes Join our team as a Server and become part of an energetic environment where your hospitality skills will shine!
