Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service from seating to bill settlement, ensuring a positive dining experience Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, including cash handling and credit card processing Take food and beverage orders with precision, utilizing OpenTable or similar reservation tools when applicable Upsell menu items, wine pairings, cocktails, and spirits to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety Manage guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests with professionalism Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with beverage service including spirits and cocktail preparation is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Familiarity with food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with wine knowledge, drink service, upselling techniques, and guest relations enhances your ability to excel in this role Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service!
