Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle food preparation, food handling, and sanitation procedures to maintain the highest safety standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting stations to ensure a clean dining environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order accuracy and timely service for all guests Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while maintaining excellent guest relations Demonstrate knowledge of fine dining etiquette and restaurant operations to provide an elevated guest experience Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable reservation software Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming atmosphere Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest interactions Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Experience in bussing, host/hostess duties, or food industry roles that emphasize hospitality and guest services Strong communication skills coupled with a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and guest satisfaction Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences where energy meets professionalism!
