Implements activities using a variety of techniques that utilize instructional time to meet objectives. Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior to achieve a functional learning atmosphere. Exhibits positive human relations skills. QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a high school graduate from a regionally accredited school or have a GED equivalent. Must have a valid license in Cosmetology. Must have graduated from an approved post secondary Cosmetology program. Must have seven (7) years of full-time work experience in Cosmetology within the past ten (10) years. Must have Instructor's License in Cosmetology. Duty Days 187

Salary Range:

From/To As per State Salary Matrix, depending on degree and experience. Bachelor's beginning pay - $47,600.00 Additional Job Information •Applicants selected for certified positions must have undergone an ABI/FBI criminal history background check (fingerprinting administered through sites selected and approved by the MCPSS and State of Alabama Education Department) and been declared suitable and fit to teach under state law. Applicants selected must also pass a drug-screening test via forms provided by Human Resources during the selection process.•
