Our servers are the face of our business, responsible for delivering a warm, memorable dining experience while ensuring every guest feels valued and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor Provide knowledgeable and helpful guidance on menu items, buffet offerings, and specials Ensure guests are comfortable, attended to, and satisfied throughout their dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations Refill beverages, clear plates, and reset tables efficiently and attentively Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service Handle guest requests, concerns, or issues with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset Uphold high standards of honesty, integrity, and accountability in all guest interactions Follow all health, safety, and company service standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous serving or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 pounds

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, high-energy, customer-facing environment Frequent interaction with guests and team members Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Requires extended periods of standing, walking, and carrying trays or bus tubs
