The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive top-notch service while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and bar menu items Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, checking back to ensure satisfaction. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Uphold high standards of guest relations by addressing any issues or complaints professionally. Attend periodic professional development and training sessions Experience Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in upscale dining establishments. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
