Summary/Objective:

Superhero Chefs has exciting opportunities for friendly, customer-oriented individuals who have a passion for the food-service industry. You are invited to join our amicable team where quality food and extraordinary service are our top priority. You'll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for cultivating a memorable customer experience playing the important role of helping to attract and maintain customers.

Hours of Operation:

Must have Open Availability 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Essential Functions Attend to customers providing an exceptional guest experience. Take food and drink orders accurately and with a positive attitude. Engage with customers in a friendly, highly attentive manner. Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant. Collaborate with servers, cooks, bussers, and other staff. Process cash and credit card transactions. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Patient and customer-oriented approach Responsible and trustworthy Proven experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of previous server experience

Physical Factors:

Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the restaurant. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
