Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Assist with food presentation and basic food handling to maintain quality standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and ensuring cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and delivery while maintaining food safety standards Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and waitlist management Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items, including fine dining options and beverage selections Qualifications Previous restaurant experience in a food service or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques and sales within a restaurant environment Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus but not required Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and check splitting purposes Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Kitchen experience or culinary background is beneficial for understanding food preparation processes Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest feel special!
