Waiter/Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly, with a positive attitude Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure guests' satisfaction with their meals Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service Follow all health and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform side work such as rolling silverware, refilling condiments, or cleaning service stations

Qualifications:

Prior serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25 lbs
