Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this lively role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, provide outstanding guest service, and create memorable moments for our guests. Your energy and hospitality will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. Must Be 21 or older. Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS system. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety, and sanitation. Manage guest inquiries, address concerns promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders, ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain knowledge of the menu including daily specials, dietary restrictions, and beverage options to inform guests accurately. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, and process payments using POS systems responsibly. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's rotating schedule. Maintain a business casual to business professional attire depending on events.
