Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated part time Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties Greet guests promptly with a friendly smile and guide them to their tables, creating a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by providing personalized recommendations, answering questions about menu items, and addressing any concerns promptly Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment at all times Qualifications Strong knowledge of POS systems Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
