Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a casual restaurant setting. Prior experience with POS systems and food industry standards is highly valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, adhering to food safety standards Provide guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience with customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Background in hospitality or food industry roles such as host/host or busser is advantageous Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately Experience with food handling, preparation, or kitchen support is a plus Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through excellent service, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality.
