About us House 1830 delivers a cultural immersion in the form of traditional SE Asian dishes. Our mission is to bring culturally authentic dishes to the forefront and expand our patrons' experiences. 1830 is our childhood home. The experience we offer is like coming into our home, eating our foods, THE WAY we eat. The items we bring forward uses high quality ingredients and we strive to set the standard for our category of food. We operate differently than at a conventional restaurant establishment in that our servers and bartenders will function as a team and are compensated as a team. There will be a Team Lead that will provide guidance in delivering the best experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and take orders. Deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely manner. Ensure that all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner. Operate effectively and efficiently as a valued section team member. Deliver the 3 Key Pillars of the business (Quality, Consistency, and Cleanliness) at all times.
