Job Description
Local pizza restaurant looking to add to its team. We are currently looking for a qualified FOH Server. Each server's primary objective is to provide our guests with a comfortable experience by making recommendations on menu items, taking and delivering food & beverage orders, and providing outstanding service at all times. A qualified applicant must have good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. In need of all shifts including weekdays, weekends, and both lunch and dinner shifts available Must be of legal age to serve alcohol Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests within 30 seconds. Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them Introduce yourself Inform guests of specials and menu changes Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guest will enjoy Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by the service station assignment Anticipated the guests' needs i.e. napkins, drink refills, appetizer plates Build Regulars Maintain clean service areas and pre bus tables Monitor and observe guests' dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
